You could try using one of the fixed width spaces from Insert Symbol
Special characters.

Word's standard justification tends to get very spaced out - you might find
setting Tools Options Compatibility "Do full justification like
WordPerfect 6.x for Windows" produces a more acceptable result without any
special control over spacing.

Use nonbreaking spaces (Ctrl+Shift+Spacebar) between those words.
