Default Deleting Building Blocks

What's the best way to go about permanently deleting the majority of the
building blocks in Word 2007?

Create a blank template and save it with any temporary name in the Trusted
Templates location (or anywhere else convenient). Keep the template open.

Now open the Building Blocks Organizer. For each building block that you want to
keep, select it, click Edit Properties, open the Save In dropdown, and select
the new template. Click OK and click Yes in the confirmation message.

When you've moved all the "keepers" to the new template, close Word, answering
Yes to the messages to confirm changes to both the new template and Building
Blocks.dotx.

Open the folder %appdata%\Microsoft\Document Building Blocks\1033 (the 1033 is
the language ID for English US; choose a different one if you have another
default language).

Move the existing Building Blocks.dotx to some other folder outside the
%appdata% path or delete it. I'd recommend renaming it if it contains any
building blocks that you created after installation, just in case you need to
get them again.

Copy your new template into the folder and rename it as Building Blocks.dotx.
(If there is no file with that name in that folder when you start Word, then
Word will copy the distribution version of the file from Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office 12\Document Parts\1033. By renaming your template, you'll block
that copying.)

When you restart Word, you should see only the building blocks you moved into
the new template, plus any that come from add-ins.
