Use an If...then...Else field construction
{ IF { MERGEFIELD Address2 } = "" "{ MERGEFIELD City }, { MERGEFIELD State } { MERGEFIELD Zip }" "{ MERGEFIELD Address2 }[Enter]"{ MERGEFIELD City }, { MERGEFIELD State } { MERGEFIELD Zip }" } You must use Ctrl+F9 to insert each pair of field delimiters { } and use Alt+F9 to toggle off their display. Insert a carriage return in the field construction in place of the [Enter] -- Hope this helps.
