Every time I open a Word doc, I get a dialog box that says " " (signifying
the particular doc) is being used by so and so. Do you want to make a copy?
99.9% of the time no one else has the doc open. It sounds like such a simple
problem but it is a real pain in the butt. Any idea of why this happens and
how to correct it? Thanks!

Probably an issue with temp files. See
