populate several documents with merge data
I have five documents that are set up with merge fields. I enter the info
into columns of a spreadsheet and then pull up each document to merge. Is there a way to populate all five documents at the same time without having to pull up each one? |

populate several documents with merge data
If these are identical documents then simply merge all the records to a new
document. If they are different records with the same data, combine the documents to make one larger document then merge, or create a macro to run each merge in turn. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org pjm wrote: I have five documents that are set up with merge fields.
