Is there anyway to get background to print on the entire page in .

Most printers aren't capable of printing all the way to the edge of the
paper. See: http://www.officearticles.com/word/t...osoft_word.htm If you want to print to the very edge, then you need what's called a "bleed". A print house (such as Kinkos) will print your documents onto larger paper, and then trim them.
