Default U Style IT

I need to know how to access the U Style IT icon feature in Word 2003 that is
displayed at my office. Is this a feature that was perhaps designed
specifically for my law firm, or is it one that anyone can access? Just so
that it's clear, the U Style IT icon, when clicked on, brings on a drop down
box, displaying options of Style Manager, Outlines, Titles, Body, Single
Lists and Bullets.

That sounds like a toolbar button that is included in an Addin that someone
in the company has set up. An Addin is a template that is located in the
Word Startup directory so that it's features such as this are available for
all documents that are created.

Given that you had to ask this question, I think that you should try and
find out who in the company was responsible for creating this feature and
get them to make whatever changes you can convince them should be made.
