Default Change font in Mailmerge

Hi-

I have a mail merge template and one of the merge fields comes in in upper
case. (That's how the data is in the database.)

I want the data to show in lower case in the merged document, and I can't
seem to do this. Just changing {MERGEFIELD XYZ} to {mergefield xyz} doesn't
do it.

Thanks for looking into this.

Try adding a \* formatting switch; for more, see Word's Help topic "Format
(\*) field switch."
