Merge Field Shading Prints
Even with the field shading turned off, merged data is printing with shading,
using Office 2002, with Excel as a data source. Any suggestions on what to look at to correct the problem will be appreciated. |

Merge Field Shading Prints
In the document that you are printing, what do you see on the screen when
you press Alt+F9? If you see the { MERGEFIELD } codes, you have not executed the merge. -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis. Doug Robbins - Word MVP "PA" wrote in message ...
