Default merge dynamic list with word

I have a list that contains three columns: teacher name ,teacher e-mail,
student name

I would like to create a mail merge document that will send to each teacher
his specific list of students.

Any idea ?

Word isn't designed to do this - if possible, use a report generator that
is, such as the one in Access.

otherwise, see the following articles for ways to approach the problem
