Why are only 3 lines of the field merged into my Word document?
My data in an Access memo field is only partially being captured into my
merged Word doucment. Only about 3 lines of two paragraphs are transferring to the new document. How do I get the rest of the data to merge into the Word document? (Word 2002 and Access 2002) |

Try checking Word Tools|Options|General|"Confirm conversions at open", go
through the process of connecting to your data source again, and select the DDE or ODBC options when offered.
