Default "insert text here" & "insert picture here" for templates

I've set up template word document to create catalogue style property
listings. i've done this using a table to add both pictures and text. What i
would like is a bit of text like "insert picture here" and "insert text here"
that will disappear when you click on them. Is there anyway you can do this
in word.

Thanks & kind Regards
