Can I save all documents at once to an external drive?
I need to reformat my C drive and I am trying to save all my documents,
naturally. Can I save them all at once? or do I have to save them one at a time? I am saving to an exernal hard drive. |

Can I save all documents at once to an external drive?
Use Windows Explorer: drag or copy/paste the parent folder. Doing it one at
a time from Word is not only slow and tedious, it's also very bad practice and likely to result in corrupt documents. "Jim" wrote in message ...
