Do you actually want to create multiple labels with the same return address
(in which case, don't use Mail Merge, use the Tools|"Letters and
Mailings"|"Envelopes and labels" option (it might be somewhere else in the
Tools menu in some versions of Word).

Otherwise, can you tell us where you are getting stuck?
