Default Viewing HTML source code in VISTA Word

HELP!!!!

How do you view the source code of a "rtf" file in the newest version of
word? In previous versions one would look in the "View" tool bar tab, and
then click "HTML Source." It appears to have disappeared. HELP!

I don't think an RTF file has HMTL source code.
