Default Stop merging cells when formula in table = null or 0

Formula used in a table (Excel 03) COL N =sumif(A:A,a2,L:L) - this is
autofilled to cell 250 - but 250 cells may not be used. (Macro used to
populate these cells)

So, if only d2:d10 0 then only want these cells to merge onto the word doc.
But mail merege recognises that there is a formula and lists 250 records.

Is there a way around this?

Have you tried applying a suitable filter in Word, either to check the
values in coulmn D (i.e. select records where d 0) or to check the
values in N (e.g. do not merge records where N is blank/N = '' (I'm not
sure what will be in N)

Hi Peter

Thank you for your response - I managed to get a way round it using Excel -
Advanced Filter (unique records) then copying cells and pasting values not
pasting formula.
