In a mail merge why is the address block double spaced?
When you insert the ADDRESSBLOCK field, each line is actually a separate
paragraph that adopts the formatting of the paragraph that you are inserting the field into. If that paragraph is double-spaced, each line in the output will also be double-spaced. So ensure that you insert the ADDRESBLOCk into a paragraph that has the formatting you want.
