Default Copying macros and AutoCorrect entries from Word 97 to Word2003 ?

The system in my company's office (non-networked desktop) runs MS Word97. I
have recently purchased a new laptop, running XP-Home and MS Word2003.

On the Word97 system I have a large collection of macros, AutoCorrect
dictionary entries, and keyboard profiles. How do I copy these from the
Word97 system to the Word2003 system.

Please assume that I know little of the inner secrets of Word: one friend
suggested replacing the "Normal.dot" file in Word2003 with the one from
Word97. I located the "source" OK in W97, but a full "Search" of the
laptop's hard drive failed to discover ANY "Normal.dot" file in Word2003...

Thanks for your help.
