Use the GoBack command, Shift+F5.

In some versions of Word you may need a fix described at

When the document first opens, press Shift-F5

There's a way to make a Macro for this, but i haven't found the post in this
forum yet.

Shift-F5 will take you to the last place in the document where it was
edited. Do you really need a macro?

Sub AutoOpen()
Application.GoBack
End Sub

Shift-F5 is pretty good, but if i can get quicker results, more the better no?
