how to set quick styles to underlying document style?
Just upgraded to 2007 and would like to have word show in quickstyles the
styles i set up in word 2000 for that document template e.g. normal = Georgia 12pt. I can see how to changed each style by hand but not how to auto-change the quick styles when a new document template loaded. |

how to set quick styles to underlying document style?
Hi, Philip ~
I had a problem with setting up my default QuickStyles, too. The first time I did it, I had to open the Styles window and add each style in my template to QuickStyles window. (Right-click on each style, then select "Add to QuickStyles Window"---or whatever the choice is.) Then click on the funny "A" window at the right upper corner of the Styles window and save all those styles as a QuickStyles library. Then right-click on that A window again and select "set as default." From then on, everytime I open Word, those are the QuickStyles I'm lookin' at.
