How are you exporting from PDF to Word 2007? Word 2007 cannot do this

I'm exporting a document to Word 2007 from Adobe 8 which was also OCR'd with

is there a way to "edit" frames in Word 07 to make the text behave normally?

If they are frames, selecting the text and pressing Ctrl+Q will likely

Adobe 8 is OCR'ing the document and I'm exporting it to a Word document.

But equally likely screw up the layout
There is no easy way to remove frames created to maintain the layout, without a lot of manual editing to follow.
