How do I create a document that lets me change certain fields?
I need to print out 500 documents from an existing word document. I need to
change the name, ssn, and a few other fields. What is the best way to do this faster? |

Use Mailmerge. See the article "How to create a Mail Merge" at:
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/MailMerge/...AMailMerge.htm and "Creating a Mail Merge Data Source" at: http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/MailMerge/...DataSource.htm -- Hope this helps.
