Default Where are my old text boundaries?

I used to be able to turn on and off my text boundaries from within tools.
However, now it does not seem possible. How can I turn that feature on?

Default Where are my old text boundaries?

If you're talking about Word 2007, the Options are found by clicking the
round Office button in the top left corner.
