Default creating a template with a header and footer

I am trying to create a template (Letterhead) that will have both a header
and footer. The header (company logo) I want only on the 1st page. The footer
(company tagline) I want on the 1st page as well as each additional page. I
need to create this template so when staff is typing a letter and using the
"Enter Key" (not page breaks) to get to the next paragraph, the next page
(2nd, 3rd. etc) only has the footer. I hope I have stated my question
correctly. If not understood, please let me know.

Thanks!
Angie
