Hello,

We have the odd template that crashes Word when we try to select Format /
Styles.

Do you have any ideas? I did some searching but found nothing that matched
this.

We are using OSX, office 2004.

Have you tried treating the template(s) as corrupt? See
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/AppErrors/CorruptDoc.htm.

You may also want to ask in a Mac-specific newsgroup, in case what you are
seeing is a known issue in Word for the Macintosh.
