Default Microsoft Word 2007 Web Page Design

I want to create a web page such that the hyperlink replaces my designed web
page rather than open a new window. Can this be done? How?

Default Microsoft Word 2007 Web Page Design

In the hyperlink dialog box, click the Target Frame button, and then specify
where you want the link to open.
