I also have had to reload my word into my computer because of a crash
I have my microsoft works suite box that my disk came in, I have all the
product key numbers and stuff, but nothing has the serial number on it.
How can I get this.

You need the product key, not a serial number.

If your Works Suite software is currently installed on another
computer, you might try one of these free utilities:

Belarc Advisor

Magical Jellybean Finder
http://www.magicaljellybean.com/keyfinder.shtml

....to retrieve the product keys that were used to install Works
Suite and Word on the other computer.
