How do I differentiate comments by two different people?
I want to type comments on a document and I need to differentiate, by color
or some other method, between the two sets of comments so that it is clear which comments were made by which person. How can I do this? |

How can I do this? In Tools Options Track Changes, set the colors for insertions and deletions to "By Author". See http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/trac...ngesWorks.html for more about this. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. |
