Default How to get Word 2002 to trust macros from Adobe Acrobat 8?

The following message appears when I try to replace a page in an Adobe
Acrobat 8.0 PDF with one from an MS Word 2002 file: €œThe security level is
set to High. Please run the application which created this document. In the
€˜Security Warning dialog select the checkbox €˜Always trust macros from this
source and enable macros created by Adobe Systems Inc.€ Running on XP
Professional. It is not true that security is set to High in the native
application. It is not true that one can reset security in the native
application as described here in this Adobe message.

I'm not quite clear what it is you are trying to do. You cannot directly
replace a PDF page with a DOC page.

You can replace a PDF page with another PDF page, so you have to convert
the DOC to PDF up front. Then, in Acrobat, you can delete/insert pages
from another PDF.

Now, at which point is (supposedly) Word telling you about the security
issue?
