No chance to solve this with format settings. I do use text into tables since we do a lot of bilingual contracts and i need to keep reasonably at the same level articles of the contract on both sides.
I use font spacing, increasing or decreasing it in order to have the effect i want.
You may do the same in order to have the lines you want together.
