After I have finished in Word, and go to exit, my computor hangs up. I than
get the pop up that the computor is not responding.

Is there a patch to fix it, and if so where.

If there's a patch, we wouldn't know because you didn't include your
version. But it's doubtful anyway. Try Word troubleshooting:
