INFORMATION ABOUT FONTS - ADDITIONAL
Just to be clear - when I right click a word I still get a menu that allows
me to select FONT and this has a 3 tabbed dialog box showing FONT, Character Spacing and Animation. The feature I am talking about gave lots of additional stuff about the font, who designed it, whether it may be embedded in documents etc. Sorry about the confusion - that's part of my charm :0)) Michael -- If replying direct please remove NOSPAM. from my email reply address |

The feature to which you refer is not part of the Word Format Font
functionality. It is available in an add-on called True Type Font Properties Extension, and works outside of Word when right-clicking on a .TTF file in Windows explorer. To get the add-on, go to http://www.microsoft.com/typography/...roperty21.mspx -- Ted |

Very many thanks, Ted. That's exactly what I was after - even though I
thought it worked within Word. Michael. |
