Flagging a Document for follow up
Is there a way to flag a Word document for follow up without having to
manually enter a reminder into your Tasks\To do list. I checked document properties and I can't see anything there - but then I can't find an explanation for advanced properties either. Thanks ~ |

Thanks ~ There isn't anything "in your face" like the task list in Outlook. The nearest thing in Word 2003 and earlier is the Work menu (http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/General/WorkMenu.htm). In Word 2007 you can click the pushpin next to a document's name in the recently-used list on the Office button, to keep the document on the list until you release it. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. |
