I repeatedly - and randomly - encounter tables that become "flat" so I can't
size cells with my cursor. You can't even size them in Print Preview. There
is nothing in Table Properties to account for this, and nothing that I know
of that precedes this. It just happens randomly - one minute the cell is
fine, and the next it's frozen at the wrong height and there is nothing I can
do but split the table and create new cells, the cut/paste the content into
them.

I am so totally sick of needlessly redoing my tables. Total time waster.
Does anyone know what's behind this and how I can avoid it?
