Sticky keys
Hi all,
I am testing StickyKeys with a view to passing it on to some of my less agile-fingered colleagues. However, I sometimes have difficulty reactivating StickyKeys when they have been switched off - either deliberately or by accident. I press SHIFT x 5 over and over but cannot get the function reactivated. Is there a reason for this? Usually perseverence prevails but I don't want to pass this tip on to my colleagues if it results in "gripes" if they encounter the same behaviour. Also, I would rather not have the sound when I press keys with StickyKeys switched on. I have tried the various options under Settings but I still get the sound. Can I switch it off? Thanks for any advice. |
