Default Is it possible to insert back/forward links in a non-website?

Is it possible to insert forward/back bars and return to top bars in a
non-web Word document?

Well of course you can *insert* them -- the question is, can you get them to
DO anything. Where do you want the Forward/Back buttons to take you?
