Default cannot type consecutive letters

I inadvertantly held the shift key down and activated a feature that will not
allow you to type consecutive letters without waiting for a short time after
typing the first one. Does anyone know how to turn this off? Thanks

Start menu Settings Control Panel Accessibility Options. Uncheck "Use
