Document with portrait and landscape sections, how to make header.
I have a document that comprises an index page in portrait, text pages in
portrait, an information section in landscape and a end section in portrait. Each page needs to be numbered in the footer on the right hand side with no number in the index page. Each page has a header and footer. I seem unable to get the header and footer to respond to each section so they can be set differently. I have tried this through page set up for the paged and for the header/footer with no luck. I have been able to do it once before but cannot seem to do it again. I would be greatful for any advice.
