FILL IN THE BLANKS ON MS WORD ex. NAME__________
how do I make a field where responses can be made by other users without
messing up the spacing/formatting of the page? Example: last name:___________________ first name:____________________ employer:_______________________ phone number:___________________ etc. |

What you are describing is a protected form. See
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customizat...nTheBlanks.htm and especially the forms tutorials by Dian Chapman that this article links to. In case the tutorial doesn't make this clear, the usual way to preserve the size of form fields is to put them in table cells of specified height and width (you can give the cell a bottom border if you're really wedded to the idea of having lines). -- Suzanne S.
