Default spaces between punctuation

i need to put double spaces inbetween punctuation. is there a format that can
do this for me? for example, there is a format that double spaces bewteen
sentaces or paragraphs. I can't find a program that allows me to make spaces
between all pucntaution, so i don't have to do it manually.
Ex: ( I like you , do you like me ? ) There are two space between the
quation mark and colon.
thanks for your help.
