Default default scale size for pasted objects

Hello

If I open a new MS Word 2002 document, when I press the
print screen button and I paste that image into word, I can see that the
scale of the new image pasted equals 45% by default. How could I change that
by default percentage in order to make it let's say 70%? It is just that
otherwise, after pasting the images then I have to change the scale of the
pasted images and this takes more time than when it is done by default.

Thanks in advance
