Default All of my word files are 'unavailable' when i open them.

When i try to open any of my files in Microsoft Word a message appears saying
that the file is unavailable. The when i try to close word another message
appears saying "the file normal already exists do you want to replace the
existing file?" I have no idea what is wrong or how to get to any of my
documents!

If you are using Norton AntiVirus, disable its Office Plug-in. See €œOFF:
Cannot Open Office Documents or Cannot Edit Inserted Objects After You
Install Office XP Service Pack 2 or Office 2000 Service Pack 3€ at
