Default Mailmerge Invert columns for flashcards

I've finaly figured out an effecient way to make flashcards except one
problem.
In an excel file I have two columns, one for each side of the flash card. I
then do a mail merge with a small size label ie. name badge (2.1" by 3.5")
which creates 8 boxes per page. The merge fills each box with an entry from a
specefied column in the excel file. Now the fronts of the flashcards are
prepared. Next step, repeat process with the entries fron the second column
and then refeed the paper so the backs are printed with the appropriate data.
I hope that makes sense. Now the problem...I need to invert the columns for
the backs of the flashcards to have the correct data. If not the backs of the
flash cards end up with the wrong information.

See the following page of fellow MVP Graham Mayor's website from which you
can download an Addin that he and I collaborated on that will enable you to
do what you want:

Thank you very much Doug. I'm sure this will work if I can get the "duplex"
macro to show up as a selection. I believe I have to save the file in a
particular place to achieve this.
Also, any thoughts on how to solve this problem by making an adjustment on
excel. It seems possible. At first I thought shifting column "B" down by one
cell would cause the desired effect. That is not the solution but I think one
exists.

The add-in template should be stored in the Word startup folder (tools
options file locations startup) for it always to be available. If you
want it available only occasionally, put it in any folder and add it to the
list in tools templates and add-ins, then make sure it is checked when you
want to use it. Macros must be enabled for the macros to be available.

I can't believe I didn't mention that on the web page - that's another job
for today

Thanks Graham. You did include those instructions on the provided link. I
saved and unzipped the "duplex" macro in the designated folder and still
don't see it.

Do you have macro security set to Medium and to trust installed templates
and add-ins?
Restart Word (and Outlook if you use Word as Outlook's editor).
Does it appear in tools templates and add-ins and is it checked?
Do you have a toolbar (currently unchecked) called Duplex PostCards Data?
Do you have a macro listed in tools macro macros called DuplexData?
