how do I get rid of those arrows which cause my page to scroll
what the heck are those verticle arrowns that cause my page to scroll all the
way to the bottom or top of page instead of a bitt at a time? I'd like to get rid of that feature but I don't even know what it is. |

Do you mean the arrows underneath the vertical scroll bar on the right hand
side of the screen? If so, they are designed to jump you to the next page/previous page. To scroll a bit at a time, drag the grey box or use the vertical scroll bar with the one down (or up) pointing triangle on it.
