preparing ppt slides in word
I am looking for resources or links which gives some hints and suggestions
about making efficint way to build powerpoint files from a word file (only for text part of presentation). Would be happy if you introduce some sites -- Rasoul Khoshravan Azar Civil Engineer Osaka, Japan |

I don't know of any sites, but I've found it very simple to go from Word to
PowerPoint. Apply heading styles to everything in the Word file (don't worry about numbering or formatting) and then go to File, Send to, Microsoft Office PowerPoint. Every Heading 1 will be the start of a new slide, and the PowerPoint outline will be populated at the correct levels based on how the other heading styles are applied.
