Tables in Word should display cell references.
When working in a table that has more than about 8 rows or columns, inserting
formulas in cells is frustrating if the formula requires a cell reference. Particularly when a cell has been split, it's not obvious what the effect is on references to cells to the right in the table. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
