Default word wont advance to next page as I type, how to change settings?

Please help me, somehow I changed the settings in word and now I am at the
bottome of the page and it will not let me keep typing by advancing to the
next page. When I type, the words disappear!

It sounds like you're inside of a table cell, and its height is set to

Go to Format | Columns and click on the picture for One (even if it appears
