Default addresses don't print correctly on custom size envelopes

When I create a custom size envelope in Word 2002, the delivery address
doesn't print where it is supposed to and the return address doesn't print at
all. I am trying to print greeting card envelopes that are 5 1/2" x 8 1/2".
I have even added them to a new document with both addresses showing in the
correct position, but it still prints wrong. Does anyone else have this
problem?

Word will only use the custom paper sizes allowed by the printer driver. In
the case of odd sizes, use the next larger standard size and adjust the
margins or set the paragraph styles appropriately so that the information is
printed where you want it.

Thank you for your help. What you gave me does work; however, I fiddled
around with it and made it work another way. I created an envelope in a word
document, and the first thing I did was go into Page Setup and create a
customer size envelope. Then I went to File, Print and under the
Paper/Quality tab I created a custom size to match the page setup, then named
a new Print Task Quick Set. Then I could print and it worked fine. The only
problem I have now is that I like to include the postal bar code, but I just
do a cut a paste on that. I think your way may be easier. Thanks a lot.
