Insert a single cell table into the document and insert the graphs inside

I merge figures from Access 2003 into a Word 2003 document. When the document has been merged, I then adjust some graphs that I have in the document to reflect the figures. When I send the document to print, the graphs move from their location in the document to the top of the first page of the document.
