Default Word 2007 and embedded charts

I am converting my word macros into 2007
So I have a formatted chart in Excel 2007 and when I insert it into Word,
via the macro, it is sizing with window. Now if I just cut and paste it,
every thing is fine.

I know some little item must be clicked on to cause this but I just cannot
seem to find that little item.

any help would be great

Upon further research I know now it's not the code
its something in excel 2007
if I create a chart and leave it in the same window as the data I can click
in Object Positioning "move but don't size with cells"
as soon as move it to its own page or if I create the chart to be place on
it's own page it changes this to "move and size with cells" and greys out all
other options

I would consider this to be standard behavior with a Chart on its own Chart
page. But you might want to take this up with the Excel specialists in an Excel
newsgroup.
